Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard CBT approach for OCD, helps clients gradually face fears while resisting compulsions. This evidence-based treatment fosters long-term relief by reducing distress and breaking the cycle of obsessive thoughts and behaviors.
CBT-I is a structured, short-term therapy that addresses the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with sleep. Using proven techniques like stimulus control, sleep consolidation, relaxation skills, cognitive coping and sleep education clients improve sleep quality and restore healthy sleep patterns.
CBT for PTSD focuses on reducing trauma-related distress by helping individuals process their experiences in a safe, structured way.
